In 200ml. of warm water with 2 tsp. of sugar soak a teaspoon of yeast; knead the dough with 500g of flour, 50ml of olive oil and 1 tsp. of Garlic salt, 10-15 finely chopped olives and, if desired, 150g of hard cheese grated on a coarse grater. If you feel the dough is a little tough, add some water. Put it in a warm place for an hour so that it rises, then make thin sausages or roll them out, cut into strips and twist them into beautiful spirals – and put into the oven for 15-20 minutes.

Cool and put salmon in it. Soak in the marinade for three days. Peel off the skin, pass the fillet through a meat grinder.
Add a dessert spoon of Orange salt and olive (vegetable) oil to the prepared minced meat, let the finished mass stand for 1-2 hours.
For salads: put the salmon mass in a jar and use as needed.
For sandwiches: mix with softened butter in a blender.
