Spices & more

We are Mari and Adam, a family who once left the bustle of the city to begin a new life in a Georgian village. Here, among the gardens and mountain air, SULI was born — a workshop of culinary salts and natural delicacies, crafted by hand and with soul.

We believe that taste is more than just food. It is a story, a memory, and a warmth that stays with us. Our products are for those who value genuine flavor, the beauty of simple things, and a touch of magic. SULI — in Georgian, it means soul.

Suli — the soul of taste, woven in the mountains of Guria.

In 200ml. of warm water with 2 tsp. of sugar soak a teaspoon of yeast; knead the dough with 500g of flour, 50ml of olive oil and 1 tsp. of Garlic salt, 10-15 finely chopped olives and, if desired, 150g of hard cheese grated on a coarse grater. If you feel the dough is a little tough, add some water. Put it in a warm place for an hour so that it rises, then make thin sausages or roll them out, cut into strips and twist them into beautiful spirals – and put into the oven for 15-20 minutes.
