Marmalade Mandarin

Tangerine marmalade is a delicate dessert with a rich taste and aroma of fresh tangerines. It is made from natural tangerine juice with the addition of agar-agar, due to which it has a soft jelly texture. It is easily spread on toast, added to yoghurts, curd desserts or used as a layer for cakes and pies.
